Evelina Hagström – trained conservation painter, decorative painter and gilder

My name is Evelina Hagström. I am a decorative painter and have worked as a freelance artist for many years, trained as a conservation painter, decorative painter and gilder.

I have been painting in one way or another since before I could walk. I have studied art both in theory and in practice, at a number of different schools and levels of education. I took on my first freelance commissions around 20 years ago and have kept going ever since.

It was not until a few years ago that I took the leap, and in early summer 2023 I completed a higher vocational education in art and decorative painting — I loved every minute of it!

I am based in Skövde, Sweden, but I am able to take on work elsewhere, above all in other parts of Sweden.
